Small businesses that invoice from Excel, a simple accounting tool or their own system
UAE e-invoicing, without changing how you invoice
Keep creating invoices the way you do today. Upload them, and we turn them into compliant e-invoices and submit them through an accredited service provider.
Why it matters
E-invoicing is becoming mandatory in the UAE in phases. Businesses must appoint an accredited service provider (ASP) and issue structured e-invoices. PDFs and scans will no longer count.
How it works
Upload
Drag and drop your invoice files, or upload them manually. Tax consultants can do this for several clients.
Convert and validate
We map each invoice to the UAE format (PINT-AE) and check it against the rules, so mistakes are caught before submission.
Submit
The invoice goes through an accredited ASP to the buyer's ASP, and the tax data is reported to the Federal Tax Authority.
Track
See which invoices were accepted and which need a correction, with the reason.
Who it is for
Tax consultants and accountants who work for several clients
Suppliers whose large buyers will require e-invoices
Know your deadline
The dates depend on your annual taxable turnover.

Our role and the ASP's
Core Solutions is not itself an accredited service provider. We prepare and validate your invoices and hand them to an accredited ASP, which exchanges them with the buyer and reports to the FTA.
